Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing our Texas cosmetology CE renewal courses, you agree to these terms. Our 4-hour online courses meet TDLR requirements for license renewal.

Use of Content

All materials, videos, quizzes, and resources are copyrighted and proprietary. Access is for single-user, personal use only—no copying, sharing, or redistribution.

Account and Access

You are responsible for account security. Access is non-transferable.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical issues preventing course completion (after support attempts resolution) will be refunded.
  • Duplicate purchases will be refunded.

All other refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis due to the copyrighted and digital nature of the content. Once access is granted or the course is started/completed, refunds are not automatic.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason. We review requests individually and respond within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel before accessing the course (subject to case-by-case review).
